The company leverages cutting-edge production technology to create high-impact live events, digital media content, and immersive brand experiences. Known for its dedication to client satisfaction and exceptional event execution, Bombee has built a strong reputation with top-tier clients in the gaming sector.

We are in an exciting stage of growth—expanding our footprint internationally and scaling our operations to meet increasing demand. That means we’re building the next layer of our finance function with a hands-on leader who wants to shape how things are done.

The Role

The Controller will work 100% remotely. The candidate must ensure that they have an adequate remote workspace. Hours of work must be flexible as time-zones are often Eastern Canada and some European hours.

We are hiring for a newly created Controller position to lead accounting operations and support the financial reporting and regulatory requirements of the business. As a key member of the management team, you will be instrumental in maintaining financial stability and building the foundation for scalable growth.

Reporting to the CFO and CEO, the successful candidate will manage diverse financial and operational responsibilities including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to help build and strengthen a finance function in a dynamic, fast-moving organization.

This is your chance to put your stamp on the finance and accounting processes—designing and implementing the controls, reporting cadence, and scalable frameworks that support a growing international business and align with public-company standards. As Bombee is a subsidiary of a TSX-V listed company, the role requires strong judgment and confidence in financial reporting in the best interest of all stakeholders.
